FORM  L'eau, un besoin essentiel

"Nothing is lost, everything is transformed" said Albert Einstein, and this is particularly true for water which is the origin and future of all life. Because water is not renewed. She is constantly recycled by nature for reused indefinitely.

Doctors and dieticians recommend drinking 1.5 L / day, whereas the rest of the food you bring a liter missing. We lose water every minute through perspiration and respiration, the rest is excreted by the kidneys.
Impossible to talk about form, physical activity or sport without mentioning water.

In fact, our body is like a large house that gets dirty all the time and whose walls are like a sieve: the water used to clean the house but you have to feed constantly to avoid it runs. Imagine now that we open the tap fully for 6 weeks to fill the house with water but it is empty in just a few days if you cut the tap! Water is quantitatively the most important constituent of the body, and further: it represents 65% of body weight and 80% for the same skull. This composition can change dramatically from day to day since it naturally loses 2.5 L / day through breathing, sweating and kidney. The immediate effects are: headache after a night too watered, muscle cramps during exercise, dry throat, peeling skin ...

In fact, water is essential for the functioning of all body cells. She speaks at numerous physiological and metabolic processes (regulation of body temperature, blood circulation, transporting nutrients, vitamins and minerals to the cells, waste disposal ...).
When you have dry mouth, your body is already short of water. Or a water deficit of 2% causes a drop in performance of up to 20%. And if it reaches 5%, this is totally exhausted. That is why we must drink before you feel thirsty. It is often advisable to drink small amounts because the body is better able to manage a regular fluid intake. The night before bed and in the morning upon awakening are two important times of day when you can think of drinking a full glass of water to eliminate toxins in your best, but also during your workout course!
