Our eyes capture 80% of the outside world. The view is the sense that we use most. We feel more comfortable when we are surrounded by calm pictures. We become more nervous when violent images assault us. Our wellbeing is influenced by what we see. But, if we can not escape some pictures, we can always make soothing inner visions.

Lie down in a quiet, dark, close your eyes. Breathe calmly and relax your members one to one. When you are relaxed, imagine an ideal landscape (seaside, countryside, mountains ...). Stroll into this place of dreams: feel the warm sun on your skin, admire the flowers, smell their scent ...
